Avante Properties is a residential and commercial property developer and management company, based in Madison, Wisconsin.

We began as a family owned company in 2002 with the creation of the Fitchburg Technology Campus — turning the Kelly's family farm into a state-of-the-art campus. Since then, Avante Properties has become active in buying, selling, developing, and managing real estate in the Madison area.

All of our buildings are designed and built to not only meet the needs of our tenants, but to be aesthetically pleasing and neighborhood-friendly.
