Kelly Smith — Property Manager
A Chicago native, Kelly moved to Madison in 2002 to attend the University of Wisconsin-Madison. As a student, she tutored Agriculture and Applied Economics and interned at Avante Properties in 2005. After graduating in 2006, Kelly became a full-time employee as Avante Properties’ Property Manager.

Currently, Kelly oversees the day-to-day operations of many of the residential and commercial properties that the company owns and manages. In addition to maintaining tenant relations, she is responsible for directing and supervising the maintenance staff and service providers.

In 2007, Kelly became a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and is a member of the Commercial Brokers Group.
